The originally certified Kansas City Irish dance academy, The O’Riada Manning Academy of Irish dance (OM) has offered a wide range of classes for both children and adults of all levels and backgrounds for over 30 years. OM’s teacher, Joseph Manning, was born and raised in Kansas City and is delighted to continue the tradition of Irish dance in this area.
OM is known for producing well-rounded competitors and performers of both traditional and modern Irish dance techniques. They currently have classes in Kansas City.

These ladies will be at the Celtic Roots Festival this weekend.Courtesy of the O'RIADA MANNING SCHOOL OF IRISH DANCE, The Galway Girls — sisters Alannah (17), Aleisha (15) and Amelia (14) Lohfeld hail from Galway in the western coast of Ireland and live with their German parents Kathleen and Stefan in Lawrence. Each has been taking Irish dancing lessons since they turned 4. Alannah, Aleisha and Amelia compete at the highest level, in open championship.Their bedrooms boast shelves of trophies, medals, ribbons, sashes won at dance competition. They will dance in the National Championships in Dallas June. They will dance to live music from the band STOLEN APPLES.
